The Prophet once said, ‘I seek refuge for this community from such hypocrites who speak the right word but whose actions are unjust.’ These are people whose aim and planning are evil and unjust, but use beautiful words to justify their actions. The real lives of such people is devoid of good, but they speak on stage in a manner that it appears their goal is to bring peace and justice to the world. For example, a leader may be involved in corruption or a professor may have adopted favouritism in his department, but on stage they would speak in favour of justice and human rights. The concern of such persons in real life would be their self-interest, but on stage they would present themselves as lovers of high values.
